Lambert Dolphin, Physicist, Santa Clara, CA: Studies of the Star of Bethlehem often appear around Christmas time, many merely rehashing old legends and reviving antiquated speculations. Barry's marvelous all-new study, on the other hand, is head and shoulders above all the rest! The science is thoroughly up to date, the Biblical background information is deep and rich. This is not merely a "seasonal study" for the holidays it's a classic stand-alone study which I heartily recommend for all audiences. Rev. Astronomy, Geology and the Bible "I studied Physics and Astronomy in college and grad school largely because I had a deep desire to learn about the origin of our universe. The atom and the universe were amazingly complex to me, and beautifully designed at every level, yet none of Stanford's best professors knew anything more than I did about the existence of a Creator. I knew there was no such thing as "chance." Such intricacies and order everywhere (both microscopically and macroscopically) point to a living designer. Half a dozen years after grad school I became a follower of Jesus Christ. Reconciling science to the Biblical account of fiat creation was now a very daunting task for me. These were for me life's biggest questions.
Barry and Helen Setterfield's latest DVD release of Astronomy, Geology & The Bible is a thought provoking study of beginning and structure of the universe with some newly observed science facts. Its a must see presentation for those looking to have a better core knowledge of the properties of this obviously God created environment. Barry explains clearly some of the current theory and compares it with the now known facts. The facts in both his astronomy & geology presentations in this DVD obviously point to a different creation model than what is being taught in secular education. Its refreshing that he does not try to present anything but the facts with the Bible scripture supporting them and lets you come to the conclusion that the only the truth can point too.
